Installation instructions for downloaded versions

First option: addons-folder

Uninstall the old version:
- If you installed the binding via PaperUI: uninstall it there
- If you installed the binding via addons.cfg: remove it there
- If you installed the binding via the addons folder: delete the file
Wait at least 10s or until the uninstallation has finished
Drop your download file in your addons folder

Second option: Karaf console

Open the Karaf console: openhab-cli console
'bundle:update <bundle-name> <link>', e.g. 'bundle:update org.openhab.binding.dmx https://janessa.me/esh/org.openhab.binding.dmx-MASTER.jar'
